I was having problems with my HVAC system, which is a Geothermal system, and Lambs is who does our yearly check up so I reached out to them and they had two young men here immediately. They began diagnosing the problem and got it figured out quickly. Another young man showed up to bring me furnace filters that I needed because you can’t get them at your local store. In short, these three young men were very polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Oh and they were good with my dog so that’s a win in and of itself. The guys were Zach, Connor, and Blake. All three of them told me how much they loved and appreciated their job and praised their employer. Ethan came out and fixed us up in the most exceptional way. Not only did they try to resolve the issues we were having with his best advice, with is amazing, but he still had to come out and fix what we could not. Lambs is top notch and Ethan did a fantastic job. I can't stress enough how great they are and I will now only be using them and keeping up the maintenance on our ac and heating unit. Gigantic thanks to Jacob at Lamb’s! We were quoted $12,000 for a new installation from Bryant heating & cooling - devious vultures! - and thankfully got a 2nd honest opinion from Jacob. He determined that the issue was only the Nest thermostat, it wasn’t sending enough voltage to the system to trigger the cooling.
