I had an appointment with Lamb's on 12/4 for an issue with my heat pump not properly heating my house; it was struggling to keep up with the cold weather and making some concerning noises. My experience over the phone was great, the ladies I spoke to to make the appointment were very nice and helpful. Technicians Conner and Gage showed up in a timely manner and were very friendly, personable, and courteous; they patiently listened to me as I explained the issues I had been experiencing. They were very knowledgeable and they thoroughly explained their process for diagnosing the problem. Thankfully, the solution was simply flipping a switch that was turned off on the indoor unit. It was an embarrassingly simple fix, but they were very kind about it and gave me some tips on how to manage my heat pump since I have never owned one before now. Lamb’s has provided great service. After waiting for a part that had a shipping problem (not on Lamb’s), Justin called and apologized. He rush ordered a new part and came to do the install himself today. They wanted to get it done before the holidays for us and waived a fee. They have always been responsive and professional every time we work with them. I would highly recommend them to others. Read Less

Our furnace wasn’t heating. It wasn’t really cold yet so not an emergency. Still, we called Lambs on a recommendation and they sent a team out the same day. I was having problems with my HVAC system, which is a Geothermal system, and Lambs is who does our yearly check up so I reached out to them and they had two young men here immediately. They began diagnosing the problem and got it figured out quickly. Another young man showed up to bring me furnace filters that I needed because you can’t get them at your local store. In short, these three young men were very polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Oh and they were good with my dog so that’s a win in and of itself. The guys were Zach, Connor, and Blake. All three of them told me how much they loved and appreciated their job and praised their employer.
